 Strategic Plan 

The strategic plan is a five year plan that outlines the goals and objectives of the organisation. The Ewamian Strategic Plan for 2016-2021 has expired and the board have worked with Consultants Plan C to set the vision for Ewamian Limited for the next 5 years.

The Vision was and continues to be 

Sustainable economic, cultural, community and environmental outcomes for Ewamian People and country. 

The purpose of the Strategic Plan is to: 
 

  • Provide the overarching guidance, direction and planning for the future of Ewamian Limited 

  • Define the vision and goals and identify the strategies and actions to achieve the vision 

  • Build on the successes of the 2016 plan and establish new priorities to carry forward 

  • Identify a range of aspirations to support the ongoing sustainability of the organisation 

  • Progress the aspirations to deliver the next stage of Talaroo Hot Springs Tourism 

 

Key priorities for the Strategic Plan 2022-2027 will be 

  • Expansion of Talaroo Hot Springs including the delivery of Stage 3 of Ewamian’s tourism aspirations including accommodation, a festival ground and Talaroo becoming a holistic cultural and wellness centre.

  • To accommodate a cultural festival, and seasonal high-end eco health tourists in a cultural wellness centre. 

  • Community Engagement 

  • Recruitment 

  • Cultural Heritage Program 

  • Facilities at Georgetown Reserve
